holiday tablescape mini-series | vol 01

hannah shih

Happy Holidays, ya'll! Hope you had a fabulous Thanksgiving!

We've been so crazy the past few months working on some fun new projects, one of which includes styling a series of holiday tablescapes! We had a blast collaborating with CJ of Charlie Juliet Photography, and we're so excited to share a sneak peek of our first tablescape design in the mini-series.

For this tablescape, we were inspired to do a traditional take on the holidays but with a modern and cozy twist! We arranged ranunculus, anenomes and eucalyptus together to give off a pop of the traditional red, white and green holiday colors. With the white pillars and sprinkling of pinecones all on top of a knitted throw, we have ourselves an intimate yet stylish holiday look!

Stay tuned as we'll share a sneak peek of our next holiday tablescape design on Friday!

Isn't it a gorgeous day out, New Yorkers?? Love it. Today we're inspired by the color of the year -- emerald green! Pair it with white and gold and you're in for a sweet treat!

We adore all the little gold details from the wooden name sign to the braided ribbon tied around the plate. The arrangement is just gorgeous with all the greens and pops of white anemones and ranunculus -- oh-so-amazing. And, who doesn't love a sequin tablecloth??

On this sunny April day, we're drooling over these stunning blue and white porcelain beauties!

Set on this rustic wooden table, the overall look is so casual chic. The vases are so simple yet elegant and have such a beautiful and rich pattern. The usage of white tulips, hydrangeas, anemones and peonies really make the china pop! We love how the florals provide a mix of textures but are also very architectural too, especially with the rising tulips. Add some hints of red and let's have a sophisticated July 4th fête, shall we??

We've recently been swooning over Palm Springs, CA -- such a sunny, natural and stylish city. Would love to visit one day and see it for ourselves! While we were browsing through weddings in the city, we came across this gorgeous tablescape and just had to share!

So eclectic and chic! We love the colorful vases and the various assortment of flowers and greens. Oh, and the splashes of gold is perfection. Also, I think we realized that we're obsessed with anemones -- they're just darn so lovely.
