While the heat is bit crazy town in Texas, we know the succulents at our house are loving it! So we're inspired and crushing on this lovely succulent tablescape today.

We love how the succulents are in clear glass hurricanes. Normally we see them in clay pots or other containers, so this is a neat way to take display them! The white wine bottle and the table number is cute and simple -- overall just a fun and natural look! What do you think??

name that table!

I adore the idea of being playful with the table names in lieu of using table numbers. It's a fabulous way to tell a story and make the overall wedding so much more personal!

one // vintage flash cards! get your guests to do some major math calculations in finding their respective table

two // little puzzles are perfect for the game-obsessed couple -- this one reads "Go fly a kite!"

three // for couples that love to travel, use places you visited together and adored

four // be graphic! use icons of your pets, favorite foods or anything that's symbolic and important to you both

five // have 'people' tables and incorporate portraits of iconic individuals who have inspired you both throughout your lives

six // use numbers that are significant with a meaningful story, i.e. number of months ya'll dated 'til he finally proposed! :)

Whatever you decide to do, keep it simple and have fun with it. Your guests will enjoy and appreciate the story being told, I guarantee it!
